Kosta Boda

Artistic and expressive by Anna Ehrner at her best. Swirling lines and veils of color have become something of Anna's personal trademark - setting off and standing out against each other in elegant contrast and making every piece unique.

The Contrast series from Kosta Boda is manufactured using a technique called centrifugation. The technique, invented in Sweden's Kingdom of Crystal in the 1950s, creates veils of color inside the glass mass. In combination with the color powder and sticks added during the process, each piece becomes unique. The large blue/blue dish is perfect as serveware, or for fruits and other visual displays.
