Kosta Boda

The Crackle Bowl Pink design is inspired by frozen ice that has just cracked. The design influence is from the convergence of hotglass and cold water that creates a crackled finish. The designer wanted to create a surface reminiscent of frozen, crusted ice. A crunchy, crackling feel. The techniqueis old, but the designer uses it in her own personal way. The Crackle series is hand made mouth blown in Kosta, Sweden by Desinger Åsa Jungnelius. It takes 8 artisan to create one piece. Ideal for functional bowl for fruit, bowl, and stand alone art piece.

The Contrast candle in Woodland Vanilla has notes of Fresh Bergamot, Shaved Nutmeg, Blue Geranium, Spicy Clove Bud, Spicy Carnation, Tonka Bean, Sweet Tobacco Accord, Warm Amber, and Smooth Vanilla.The candle vessel is a white Contrast bowl from Kosta Boda, designed by Anna Ehrner. It's made using a technique called centrifuging. This technique creates veils of color within the glass, and vibrant glass canes are added during the process, making each product unique. It's all about the contrasts!

Artist Kjell Engman has added to his collection of bath ladies, we now have a guardian angel called Golden Angel in thesame plump shape. The angel is punty pressed at Kosta Glassworks. The blasted wingsare added on and the body is painted with 24 karat gold standing strong on a glass foundation. Handmade and mouth-blown in Kosta, Sweden it's a thoughtful gift to someone special.
