Crafted in Europe from high-quality crystal, the Sofiero Highball glass from Orrefors is a timeless Scandinavian classic designed by Gunnar Cyrén in 1960. This 13 oz glass, available as a set of two, features a deep-cut crystal motif that beautifully refracts light, enhancing the elegance of every pour. Perfect for serving long drinks and cocktails such as Mojito, Gin & Tonic, Bloody Mary, and Long Island, the Sofiero Highball also elevates non-alcoholic beverages like water, juice, soda, iced tea, and lemonade.

Red Rim, Designed by Bertil Vallien, is hand-made in several steps. First, the first parison of crystal is rolled in powdered color. The color is then heated before the parison is blown into a shape that gives the molten glass its optical pattern. Clear glass is gathered over the parison to enclose the optical pattern in the glass, and then the glass is blown into its final form and shaped into a bowl or a vase. Finally, the piece is attached to a glass-blowing pipe and blown up a touch more before the red rim is applied from a color rod.
